Clear subscription and cancellation terms

Founder Membership is $39.99 AUD per month. It is a recurring monthly subscription that continues until cancelled. The price and recurring nature of the subscription are displayed before checkout.

Sign in, open Billing or Account Settings, and select the billing-management option. Stripe’s secure billing portal allows you to cancel the subscription. You can also contact contact@dealroomau.com for billing support.

Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period unless Stripe displays a different effective date. Founder membership normally remains available until that period ends, after which recurring charges stop and paid features end.

Fees already charged are generally not refunded for a partial billing period or unused access. DealRoom will review duplicate charges, billing errors and other requests where a refund is required under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable consumer rights or remedies.

Membership provides access to founder marketplace features described on the pricing and checkout pages. It does not guarantee profile approval, investor views, enquiries, contact, investment, funding, business success or returns.

For a billing question, include the email used for the account and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Contact contact@dealroomau.com.
